Spanish for Little Learners Terms and Conditions
By completing this order, I acknowledge I have read and understand my commitment for the semester.
1 – Tuition for Spanish classes include the number of weeks per semester, which could be 7 to 10 weeks, and the materials used in class.
2 – Cancelation and refund policy
- 100% less registration fees and processing fees before the first class. This means if you have paid $100.00 for tuition and the registration and processing fees were $20.00, you will only be refunded $80.00
- No refunds once the semester begins.
- In very special circumstances we may issue a credit for future tuition.
3 – Liability release
I release any and all rights and claims for damages against Spanish for Little Learners, its educators, or its teaching locations in the unlikely event of injury sustained by myself, my child(ren), or assigned caregivers during the course of Spanish classes or camps. I understand that it is my duty to informed any caregiver assigned to bring my child to class. Also, I hereby knowledge and agree that I have read and reviewed the Spanish for Little Learners policies and conditions and agree to the terms. Therefore, if the student indicated on the form enrolls in a Spanish for Little Learners class, this form including this release, waiver and acknowledgement shall be in full force unless the parent requests a new form to review and sign. I understand that photo and/or video may be taken during classes. My enrollment and acceptance of this agreement provides permission for Spanish for Little Learners to post said images on its website and social media outlets, without any identifying information. If it NOT grant permission, it is up to us to provide a written refusal of this policy.
4 – By accepting our Terms and Conditions you also agree our Privacy Policy.

We currently use third party payment processors as a Third Party Offering for internet-based payment services. If you wish to make a payment through Spanish for Little Learners, your Personal Information may be collected by such processors directly and not by us and will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, third parties’ collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information.
7 – Facebook Connect.
You can log in to some of the Spanish for Little Learners classes information using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain Personal Information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our signup form. Some services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on our websites to your profile page to share with others within your network. · Display name (first and last name. Only first name will be displayed in our Testimonials section in our website);

· The contact of information of a friend (when inviting them to visit our Site).

Can I access and modify my Child’s personal information?
If your Child’s personal information changes, if you no longer wish to allow your Child to participate on the Sites, or if you wish to delete your Child’s information and refuse further collection and use of the information, please email us at [email protected]
How long is my Child’s information retained?
We will retain the information we collect for as long as your or your Child’s account is active, as needed to provide our Services. You may close your or your Child’s account by contacting us. Nonetheless, we may retain your or your Child’s information for an additional period as is permitted or required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Please note that even if we delete your or your Child’s information, it may persist on backup or archival media and other information systems.
