EXPLORING
Children 7-12 years old
- Children ages 7 to 12 years old.
- Weekly classes of one hour.
- Children learn Spanish through themes related to science, nature studies and art.
Explorando is a Spanish full immersion program for children 7-12 years old. In this program children will enjoy a rich and engaging learning environment to acquire a second language. Students will learn Spanish through themes related to science, art, nature studies and literature. We use reading aloud, songs, movement, games, hands-on activities, puppets and dramatic play to explore the language.
The length of the class is one hour and the small number of students (eight students per teacher), allows many opportunities to interact one on one with the teacher.
This class includes a sensory center and a play center where students are going to learn Spanish through exploring and playing using their senses in a natural way. Our purpose in this class is to promote an interactive learning experience, where students feel encourage to practice what they learn in class. We use different sources to promote interaction between students and teacher, and among students. Each student is encourage to participate according to their level..

* Registration fee is $60.00 a year per family. Families can make one payment or pay $15.00 each semester.
Tuition includes one weekly class, 60 min long, for 8 weeks min. or 10 weeks max. Each session explores a topic in Spanish which includes vocabulary, songs, games, and a hands-on activities. Most of the material is provided. Support for parents on how to incorporate Spanish at home Two make up classes.
Non-refundable registration fee per family non included on tuition.
There are no refunds after the first class.
